I’m Ieva, Founder and CEO of Next Chapter Leadership.

For over fifteen years, I worked at the highest levels of public administration, including supporting two Prime Ministers through major reforms. I saw brilliant leaders pushed into exhaustion, carrying expectations no one ever talks about.

Then life slowed me down.

After becoming a mother and navigating my own exhaustion, I realized I had become the kind of leader who looked strong on paper but felt empty inside.

That moment changed everything.

I saw that leadership isn’t about control — it’s about connection, presence, and the courage to pause when everyone else keeps running.

Today, through Next Chapter Leadership, I help managers and leaders find that balance again: to lead people and themselves without losing what matters most.


My work combines years of system-level experience with deeply human insight.
